The Personal Assistant provides pro-active, highly responsive and confidential administration support to the group manager and prioritizes conflicting demands with sensitivity and judgement. The successful candidate will work in an environment where every day is different and challenging.


The person in this role will be able to work at a pace and be agile in managing multiple priorities. Your personal qualities will include taking pride in your work of the highest quality every time. In this role you will be expected to have the kind of interpersonal savviness that means you relate will with all kinds of people. You will have high energy, be discrete, proactive and have the ability to demonstrate good judgement and a fantastic team player.


You will need to have the following skills, attributes and experience:


  • Previous administration experience, including travel booking and related


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;


  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Suite skills with particular emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel.


  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines;


  • Great relationship management and a sense of humour;


  • Knowledge and experience of the Machinery of government (desirable)
