Senior Support Officer - Lower Hutt



Do you take pride in going that extra mile and thrive on working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment?  We are looking for an exceptional administrator who can demonstrate a proven ability to work well with others and a strong customer service approach to everything they do.


This fixed term, full time position is primarily based in the Lower Hutt office and provides professional business and administrative support to both internal and external customers who work with education providers, children and their families across the Wellington region.  


To be considered for this role, you'll be able to think on your feet and use your initiative, you will enjoy taking responsibility and you must have previous administration experience in a busy office.


You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A positive ‘can do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate computing skills with Microsoft Office
  • An ability to multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines
  • A strong customer service focus
