About the role

We're looking for customer focused, technically savvy people to join our Christchurch team. We work in a fast paced environment where we challenge ourselves to make every customer contact extra special.
As a Service Desk Analyst you'll interact with our customers via phone and email to provide a seamless customer experience. You'll deal with a variety of queries; from account provisioning and support, identifying customer needs and requests and providing bespoke application support plus loads more. As you'll be dealing with such variety, you will need to be confident using multiple systems and working at speed.

We will provide you with Training on our bespoke applications to ensure you succeed in this role.
Do you have the following:
- Experience providing great customer service (ideally two or more years in retail, hospitality or a call centre)
- An attraction for technology and navigating different systems
- A natural interest in helping people, and know how to build relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills - you're a natural on the phone and can master a great email
To thrive in this role you'll have:
- Sound customer service experience - preferably call centre
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- A high degree of accuracy and good data entry skills
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
