Starting annual salary $65,650 to $82,063

As a senior advisor in the Strategic Design team you'll help plan, lead and contribute to the identification, design, development and implementation of new services, practice, initiatives and changes, including supporting tools and resources.
You will work closely with our front-line staff, other Ministry teams and a range of government agencies and sector groups to support the translation of high level policy and strategic intent into the design of services and implementation approaches.
You have an empathetic, customer-focused approach to problem solving, are driven to create and bring possibilities to life and enjoy making sense of complexity.
You will bring great relationship management and team working skills, and be outcomes focused, organised and action oriented.
