Permanent Full Time positions based in Nelson.

We are seeking energetic, innovative, and highly motivated individuals, who are interested in working as part of the Learning Support team across the Nelson/Tasman area.
The positions require delivery of a behaviour service in Early Childhood and School Sectors. You will work with the adults around the child or young person to promote their wellbeing, positive behaviour and achievement.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively and contribute in a multi-disciplinary team, establish effective relationships with parents, families/whanau, educators and others working in the community.
Psychologist applicants must be registered or eligible for registration with the New Zealand Psychologist Registration Board.
We welcome applications from people with relevant experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours, to work as Special Education Advisers.
Knowledge of tikanga and Te reo Māori would be an advantage, given our commitment to the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
A current driver's licence is required
